Rules it follows
- Buybacks only run after graduation, only on the canonical DAMM v2 pool, and burn exactly what was bought.
- Each successful buyback spends the full buyback reserve, at least 30 minutes after the previous one. There is no batch minimum, execution cap, daily cap or pool-percentage cap.
- The spot price must stay within max_deviation_bps of a time-weighted average, and the output must meet the full-trade quote with max_slippage_bps slippage allowed.
- The keeper never chooses the minimum output; the program does.
- If a price check or swap fails, the whole transaction rolls back and the reserve stays available for another attempt.
- Buybacks spend only their allocated reserve. Staking and ops funds are separate; paused emergency recovery and wind-down remain available.
